OF DOMESTIC NATURE

SUB 30 - MAC QUINTA NORMAL
2014

"Of Domestic Nature" explores certain impulses hidden in domestic settings where boredom and security interplay with idealizations of "being more natural" or free. This impulses are materialized in domestic objects such as knuckle tea cups, a found image of tarzan holding lion cubs and a series of drawings based on ethnographical collections of domestic devices, which are transformed through a ritual of boredom and projection.
